Parent Local Committee Member
I have 3 children, one of whom is currently at Hayes Primary School, hopefully to be followed by his younger sister in a couple of years’ time. I am director of a civil and criminal justice services company, and amongst other things, my company undertakes independent investigations into professional conduct in the workplace, child protection and safeguarding.
Elected to the Local Committee in 2016, I am keen to see HPS continue to maintain the high standards of education and extracurricular activity that the current pupils enjoy, and ensure the school engages positively with both parents and the local community even though I no longer live in Hayes myself.
I believe that positive and proactive local engagement will keep HPS quite rightly at the centre of local life and also help instill a strong sense of community in our students at an early age, and encourage them to develop it as they themselves develop into young adults.
