Hayes Primary School

The school provides a range of clubs and activities, which are held during lunchtime or after school. At present these include choir, orchestra, drama, gymnastics, dance, tennis, netball, football, cricket, golf, cross country and hockey. Parents are welcome to assist staff with the clubs if they share the interest.
These clubs vary from year to year as they depend on the interests and availabilty of staff. Most of the clubs are free and are run by staff in their own time. In order to extend the range of clubs, some outside agencies have been asked to run clubs in our school. A charge will be made for participation in these clubs.
When an activity takes place after school parents will be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Clubs are voluntary but pupils who join are expected to take on the responsibility of the club membership and attend on a regular basis.
If your child wishes to join a school run club, please write a note to the relevant teacher. Further information about all other clubs can be obtained from the school office.
