School Office Hours

Our school office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:00pm. For all general enquiries, please contact the school office by email in the first instance at admin@hayes-pri.bromley.sch.uk.

We aim to acknowledge receipt of all emails on the same day they are received (unless they arrive after 3:45pm, in which case they will be acknowledged the next working day). You can expect a full response to your query within two working days.

For all absences, please email attendance@hayes-pri.bromley.sch.uk. Alternatively, you may leave a message on the absence line by calling the school office and selecting the relevant option.

We kindly ask that parents and carers do not visit classrooms before school. If you would like to speak with a teacher, please contact the school office to arrange an appointment.

Our friendly admin team are here to help with any day-to-day queries and will either assist you directly or direct your enquiry to the appropriate member of staff.
