Anti-Bullying Ambassadors
Our anti-bullying ambassadors are made up of volunteer students from years 3 - 6. They complete application forms, and are then selected from their application and placed on a rota. The aim is to empower pupils with leadership skills that support a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment and to support pupils to truly understand what bullying is to avoid misconceptions and narratives around bullying.
Their role at break and lunchtimes is to:
- Act as trained peer supporters
- Be Kindness role models
- Be Playground support
- Be Extra “eyes and ears” for wellbeing
- Reporting partners with staff
